As I move through life, I am always on the lookout for the possibilities.  My goal is to help the world become a better place.   I would like to help you on your mission.

For eight years, I was involved in entrepreneurial pursuits. My leadership, team building, and communication skills, combined with my quality and process improvement background, contributed to the growth and success of a catering company, and I am pleased and proud of my achievements. Having returned to the Aerospace engineering field in 2012, I feel confident in my abilities to manage, be a servant leader, to be an engineer – test or systems, in any field.

As a Program Manager, my management, team building and execution skills come primarily from my experience as the President of a Catering Company.  Having to deal with client issues, inter-personal relationships between clients and staff, and building a team to move a company forward was by far the most challenging work that I have undertaken.  For this, I have learned a lot that and bring value to your organization.

As a Systems and Test Engineer, I am able to test configuration, software, and hardware through various testing means, and am experienced at providing oversight to teams based on the project and its required functionality. My background includes supporting manual and automated systems for development, test build, and operations. Possessing excellent communication skills, I am experienced at interacting with customers, and collaborating with management to facilitate problem solving efforts. A hands-on manager, I am accomplished at training, developing, motivating and supervising employees. I set high standards for myself and others, and lead by example. Highly organized and detail oriented, I am proficient at managing multiple tasks and coordinating projects to meet deadlines. Additional personal attributes include a positive attitude, an analytical approach to identifying and resolving problems, and a commitment to excellence
